How We Help During This Difficult Time...
You Can Focus on What's Important - Let Us Worry About the Legal Stuff
If you are looking for a Probate lawyer, chances are you recently lost somebody close to you. First, let us offer our condolences on your loss.

We understand that this process is coming along during one of the most difficult times of your life. We are here to help take the burden of figuring out what needs to be done next so that you can focus on more important things like caring for your family and grieving.

Easy to Understand Thanks to 9 Years of Experience
Probate can be complicated and time consuming, especially if mistakes are made.

Our staff has over 9 years of experience working with the Arizona Probate system and has developed a streamlined system that makes the probate proceedings run smoothly and efficiently.

Flat Fee Billing
During this difficult time you will likely have many questions for us. That is totally understandable considering many people are unfamiliar with the Probate process.

However, nothing is more frustrating than knowing that your attorney is charging you in six-minute increments every time you call or email with a question.

That is why we eliminated Hourly Billing, and instead offer only Flat Fee Rates. This allows you to know exactly what the cost of our services will be from beginning to end, regardless of how often we communicate with you.

Consumer Tip. You likely have ran across Probate websites from Document Preparers that offer assistance at a much lower rate than we do. That is because they are not licensed lawyers and are unable to offer legal advice. They simply generate documents needed to begin the Probate process. But if something goes wrong, or there is an issue with the estate, you will need to quickly locate an attorney that can pick up the pieces and (hopefully) correct any errors. Be Careful- that option is not best for everyone.

Phoenix Area Estate Planning Attorney
Providing Estate Planning and Probate services for Phoenix area Families.
Prior to law school, Aaron experienced the pain and trauma of unexpectedly losing a loved one when he lost his mother suddenly in 2011. Overnight, at only 24 years old, Aaron was thrown into the position of caring for his 17-year old sister while making funeral arrangements and dissolving the estate of his mother.

Unfortunately, his mother was like so many other young adults in our community and did not plan for her unexpected death– leaving no will nor any real inventory of her assets, debts, or insurance policies.

It was during this time that Aaron began to understand the depth of the pain and the breadth of the difficulties the lack of a comprehensive estate plan can have on a grieving family.

He is determined to help others in his community so their families will not face the compounded challenges his had to endure.
